The half-day workshops will be facilitated by Neil Smith from Putting the Pieces Together. Neil is a former Chair of the Ai Group Confectionery Sector Technical Committee and the 2011 winner of the Alfred Stauder Award for Excellence for service to the industry. He was most recently employed by Suputo, Fonterra and Mondelez. Neil is an accomplished technical and regulatory practitioner.
